Remote Support Tools

Please call our support desk before using any of the following options, then follow the instructions given by our support team:

- LogMeIn Rescue
- Confidence-IT Remote Support Utility


LogMeIn Rescue

    Step 1

    Enter the 6-digit PIN given to you by our support team then click 'Connect':
     
    6-digit PIN Code:
     

    Step 2

    Click 'Run' when prompted with the LogMeIn Rescue download.

    Step 3

    Wait for the plug-in to download, then click 'Run' when prompted to run the LogMeIn Rescue Applet.

    Step 4

    You will then see a 'Waiting for technician...' window. You will be connected shortly.

Confidence-IT Remote Support Utility

    Step 1

    Click the link above to start our remote support tool.

    Step 2

    Click 'Run' when prompted with the Confidence-IT Remote Support Tool download.

    Step 3

    Wait for the plug-in to download, then click 'Run' when prompted to run the Confidence-IT Remote Support Tool.

    Step 4

    You will then see a 'Confidence-IT Remote Support Utility' window. Double-click the name of the person you are speaking to start the connection.
